Standard Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery to London (inside M25) is £25
- Standard mainland UK delivery charge is £35
- Standard mainland UK Medium sized items is £50
- Standard mainland UK large/heavy items is £75
You will be informed of the delivery costs at the checkout. Please note there are some exceptions in the highlands and islands of Scotland area. For prices outside of the UK mainland, please call or email on 004420 7263 8973.
To ensure that you receive your goods as quickly and efficiently as possible, we will contact you to check when you are in to receive your goods.
We try as much as possible to send items within our standard delivery charges. However, some products are heavy, over sized, or fragile. Delivery will be charged at point of order. Once your order has been processed, we will call you with a quote at which point you may continue with the order or decline and receive a refund.
Large Item Delivery Disclaimer
We try to offer the best possible service at Frame Emporium and for deliveries within the M25, we are happy to deliver our items to any of the rooms you require. The driver will assess whether or not he/she can physically manoeuvre the items in the place of your choice, and will only do so if items pass freely through the spaces provided. Please read the statement below under "Measurements" to ensure you understand your responsibilities before ordering any of our items. Goods delivered outside M25 will be by courier service. They commit only to deliver to your door.
Should you require us to deliver and install please contact us and we can quote for this.
It is your responsibility to ensure that goods from us will pass freely through doorways. Be aware of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward corners or turns. All of our products have clear height, width and depth measurements and are always displayed in this order on our website.
Bespoke items will be commissioned specially for you. They will take
longer to deliver as they have to be manufactured to your specifications.
We aim to deliver these items within 28 days but will inform you if more
time is required.

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand
that sometimes you will want to return some items. Please fill in the
returns form that is sent with your order. Post the items back to:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
